None of our products should be used to harm yourself or others. As recognized, any type of contact to the electronic circuits may cause serious harm. Keep the products far from children. Flashing products may trigger epilepsy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our products are not intended for children under 5 years old. Media Leaders s.r.o. is not responsible for damage as a result of negligence and misusage of the product.
PRIVACY NOTICE
Media Leaders s.r.o. will not share your information with any third party beyond of our company. We only collect information necessary to complete your order. Media Leaders s.r.o. will never sell or rent this information to anyone.
PRODUCTION TIME
The production time of custom LED t-shirts is generally 7- 14 days from date of order depending on total order volume of LED t-shirts.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept all payments through Paypal, Credit card (Maestro, Visa, etc) and bank transfer. In order to process your order, full payment is valid after confirmation.
SHIPPING PROCEDURE
All products are shipped by courier company GLS or DHL.
CHANGES OF ORDER AND CANCELLATION
All products are custom made according to your requests. Production of new T-shirts with your own logo normally begins 24 hours of recieving of your payment and confirmation. In case that you need to change or cancel an order, we will try to make an effort to comply your request. However, the order may not be changed or cancelled if it is already in production. Furthermore, please note that our website contains many trademarks, which may belong to our company and also to third parties. The use of logos, icons and service names are prohibited to use in any other way, what can cause confusion among our customers, and will be considered as copyright infringement. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without notice.
Return policy
If the item(s) you have received are damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Damage must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the package. We recommend you to check your order for damage immediately after receiving the goods. If contacted in time, we either replace the defective product or refund the price of the product. The final decision to replace or refund money of the product will be provided with consideration of the customer’s request. If the product you received is not the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. If you will not contact our company within 5 days of receiving the product, our e-shop will not be able to refund or replace your order.
Please note: We may ask for the item(s) to be sent back for inspection. You must send the product back within 5 days from contacting us in order to get refund in full amount.
Please note: Our products are custom manufactured and cannot be returned or refunded for any other reason beyond defective products. We may ask for pictures of the defective products or may require the customer to send the product back. We are not responsible for damage during shipment. We try to make the best services to our customers. Warranty
What is covered with warranty and for how long?
Media Leaders s.r.o. warranty for products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period commencing upon the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser.
What is not covered?
This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the Product. This Limited Warranty does not cover: (a) defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt, neglect, or unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress; (b) scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Media Leaders s.r.o.
What are the obligations of Media Leaders s.r.o.?
During the warranty period, if provided that the product is sent back in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty, Media Leaders s.r.o. will repair or replace the product, by its own discretion, and without charge. Media Leaders s.r.o. may use new parts or components when repairing any product, or may replace completely new product.
